At Innogen, we stand behind the products we sell.
We take great care to carefully pack each shipment and we only use reputable couriers and shipping agents.
If a shipment arrives in a damaged condition, we will gladly refund your money, or replace it - the choice is yours.
If you wish to return or replace goods, please return them in their original packaging and let us know why you are returning it.
All sales are made under full compliance with the laws of New Zealand, including:
